Hi there, I'm Lionel. I'm a Business Intelligence and Data Expert and I would love to help you with your problems.

With a background spanning the entire data pipeline — from data architecture, analytics engineering and BI systems to data analytics and data science — I see myself as a data swiss army knife with German precision and a French touch. (just to stick with the clichés)

Currently, I work as an independent consultant advising SMEs on data architecture, BI systems, and analytics strategy with the occasional n8n project sprinkled in.

Background

Before consulting, I was the Head of Data and Analytics at mymuesli AG, where I led and scaled a cross-functional data team overseeing BI, data infrastructure, and analytics delivery. Prior to that, I progressed through roles as Data Scientist and Analytics Engineer, building the foundation for my expertise in modern data stacks.

I hold a B.Sc. in Mathematics from TU Berlin.
Beyond data, I'm a trained airline pilot (Lufthansa Flight Training) and I enjoy padel tennis, guitar, backpacking and wasting time on vibe-coding my website.
